Dabie Tsai is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in professional services and consulting. Throughout her career, she has stood out as an expert in the accounting and finance sector, with significant expertise in financial, operational, IT, governance and other risks, internal control processes, and systems. She is a great advisor to senior management and the audit committee on accounting, financial reporting, regulatory, and internal control policies and practices.
As the Accounting Advisory Practice Leader at Riveron, Dabie shapes the overall direction and go-to-market strategy of the firm’s financial and technical accounting portfolio. She has deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, SEC and IPO filings, accounting advisory, SOX 404 controls and processes, credit risks, mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, and corporate governance. Dabie works in conjunction with Riveron’s team of talented practitioners to deliver exceptional outcomes for the firm’s diverse range of clients.
